Frequently Asked Questions

When should I order my dress?
We have to give most designers at least 6-8 months from order date. This gives you good time for fittings, etc. However, in some circumstances we have been able to get dresses in 6-8 weeks.
When do I pay for my dress?
A 50% deposit is required to get the dress on order and through the system. The balance must be paid within 21 days of delivery to the shop.
Do you offer payment terms?
We are flexible to your requirements. You can pay your dress off on a regular (weekly/monthly) basis.
Do I need to make an appointment?
Yes. It is advisable to make an appointment so we can dedicate time to you and allocate a private changing room for you to use.
How long do I get to try dresses on?
We always allocate at least 1 hour on Saturdays and up to 1.5 hours on weekdays. If a second visit is required, it is usually around 45 minutes as your dress selection will be narrower than on your first visit.
How many dresses can I try on?
It is normally possible to try on eight dresses in one hour and this can depend on how many people you bring with you. We would advise that you try to bring no more than three others. This will help you to decide more easily.
What sizes do you hold?
Mainly sizes 12-18, but we do have some dresses up to size 26. However, depending on your choice of designer, we can get sizes from 4-30.
Do you have dresses for older brides?
Yes. We have dresses of all different styles, colours and sizes to suit your age, personality and looks.
What price range are your dresses?
Our dresses are priced from £400 to £2,000.
